BOURJOIS PARIS LINER STYLO & TAILLE MINE EYELINER REVIEW

I never use bourjois products but i though of giving this eyeliner a try because the Bourjois counter sales girl was so keen on selling it to me! :P

Reviewing Bourjois Paris Liner Stylo & Taille Mine Eyeliner\Kohl:

 

This product is made in Germany.

I got this pencil liner in Noir 41. 

What the product promises to do : 

 

• does not smudge 
• is water resistant 
• very last lasting (that's what it says on the package) :P lasts for 12 hours
• has intense pigments
• has smooth texture
• has a tiny sharpener at the bottom  

 

 Packaging : 

• comes in black and silver sleek tube
• very thin and light
• comes in a very easy to use twist up tube  

 Swatch and Texture : 

 

• it is quite smooth when it comes to texture but a little grainy.
• it does not slide on the skin evenly
• the pigment is not intense 

Pricing :

 Rs 420/-  (0.28g)

hella expensive for a product like this, the price is almost as same as revlon color stay eyeliner but the latter one is so much better in every aspect!!!

    My Take On Bourjois Stylo & Taille mine Liner :

This is the Kohl i am currently using after Lakme Absolute Forever Silk Eyeliner, i am not very happy this product because it take 3-4 strokes to get that dark intense black color otherwise it looks very dull and grayish.ugly! The tip breaks off repeatedly, only stays for 7-8 hours after which it starts leaking. 

I have to use a cleanser to take it off completely. One thing i like about this product is that it has a cute little sharpener at the bottom which sharpens the kohl well and neatly. 

 

Pros:

• nice packaging 
• comes with a sharpener
• water proof

Cons: 

• lasts for only upto 7-8 hours
• smudges
• tip breaks off while applying 
• grainy texture
• 2 -3 strokes to get a proper dark lines

Would I Recommend It ?

NO !! This is the worst eyeliner i have ever used. Even Lakme Iconic Kajal is better than this one! If you are looking for some intense kohl then Don't Even Try This Stuff.
